No Customers aren’t always right. However,
- Do not keep them waiting for too long.
- Keep them in the loop.
- Be patient.
- Do not be Condescending
- Keep the promises you made on your website.
- Be transparent with your prices.
- Be clear about your services and scopes.
- Provide options.
- Respond to every single enquiry/query in a timely fashion.
- Resolve every issue satisfactorily even if it means losing a bit of your income.
